Returns Policy

Within 30 days of your order, most items that are new, unused, and in original packaging (shelf-ready to restock) can be returned with a mandatory 20% restocking fee. All special-order and electrical items sold are non-returnable.

Original purchaser is responsible for any return freight or insurance to our RMA center, as well as to the manufacturer, if applicable. Since shipping is a service, any shipping charges on your order are non-refundable.

 
Requesting a Return/RMA Number

RMA requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days, so your patience is appreciated.

All RMA processes (claim, delivery of part to RMA center, completion of tracking, and delivery to manufacturer) must be completed within 30 days of original delivery or your claim will no longer be valid.
